NanoSonix is commercializing two revolutionary technologies. Scanning Near-Field Ultrasound Holography (SNFUH) enables high resolution, non-destructive subsurface imaging of semiconductors and biological samples. SNFUH leverages relatively low cost and widely available infrastructure, making the technique suitable for broad deployment. MOSFET cantilevers provide a revolutionary signal transduction mechanism for sensing cantilever deflection. By enabling direct electrical detection of cantilever bending, embedded MOSFETs overcome many of the challenges and issues with cantilever arrays for night vision other detection technologies.
